Return & Refund Policy

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must either:

- be faulty, or
- be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in our packaging - the original envelope or cardboard box is not important, but the transparent polybags are, which we use for extra product protection.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase - the email that we sent to you when you bought your product is the best proof. Simply forward it to:

As soon as we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and let you know that we have received it safely. We will also let you know the condition of the item, whether being returned as faulty or as unwanted.

If your return is approved, we will make the refund as quickly as possible to your original method of payment, whether PayPal, bank card, credit card, or Apple Pay.

The refund will appear in your account within a certain amount of days, which depends on your account or card issuer's policies. The length of time this takes is out of our control.

Cost of Returns
If your product is found to be genuinely faulty, you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund. Also, if you choose a refund, an extra £1.00 contribution to your return shipping costs will be added.

If the product is not faulty, just no longer wanted, you must pay your own shipping costs. Most of our items can be posted in a carboard-backed envelope by UK second class post for a cost of around £1.50.
